By booking services or making a payment with Hillside Home Management, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide residential cleaning and home management services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are customized and may vary by home.

 

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the home at the scheduled service time. Missed access may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept online payments for your convenience.

  • Stored payment methods may be used for recurring services or approved charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

Damage & Liability

While we take great care in your home, Hillside Home Management is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not properly secured or fragile items not disclosed in advance

  • ​Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

Safety

For the safety of our team:

  • Homes must be free of hazardous conditions

  • Aggressive pets must be secured

  • Illegal or unsafe activities will result in immediate service termination

 

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
