By booking services or making a payment with Hillside Home Management, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services
We provide residential cleaning and home management services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are customized and may vary by home.
Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the home at the scheduled service time. Missed access may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept online payments for your convenience.

Stored payment methods may be used for recurring services or approved charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

Damage & Liability
While we take great care in your home, Hillside Home Management is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Items not properly secured or fragile items not disclosed in advance

​Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Safety
For the safety of our team:

Homes must be free of hazardous conditions

Aggressive pets must be secured

Illegal or unsafe activities will result in immediate service termination
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
